Victor Russu
Victor has been associated with the Fred Astaire organization since 1998 and has been director of the Bardonia studio since 2001. Although he has coached many dancers to champion status, he still enjoys working with all types of dance students. Victor is noted for his ability to key in on students' unique talents, enabling them to achieve their personal best.
As director of the studio, Victor oversees a highly qualified teaching staff that works with him to help all students reach their full potential. He is a board member of the prestigious National Dance Council of America.

Lena Rudenco
After managing the largest dance studio in her home country of Moldova, Lena has brought her unique style to America. She and her husband Andrei have a deep background in the traditional ballroom dances; their expertise also extends to Hip Hop and its myriad variations. In addition to teaching traditional couple dances, Lena also teaches our group classes, and works with the increasing number of children who are getting involved in ballroom and Latin dancing.
Andrei Rudenco

He and his wife Elena have a deep background in the traditional ballroom dances; their expertise also extends to Hip Hop and its myriad variations. In fact, Andrei was the coach of the world Hip Hop champions! Andrei teaches our group classes and also works with the increasing number of children who are getting involved in ballroom and Latin dancing.
Tommy "Two Shoes" Reisman
Tom has been a Fred Astaire teacher since 1998, having won the New York region's Top Teacher Award many times. "My dance philosophy is simple—let's have fun! Whatever your level, beginner to competitive dancer, expect to have a good time!" Tom is especially recognized for his ability to take someone with two left feet and turn him/her into a confident social-level dancer.
Oleg Portarescu
Oleg comes from a long line of dancers. "I started to dance before I started to walk at age 5!" As a youth, Oleg was part of the Moldovan competitive dance team, and at age 12 became the Junior National Champion. He has entered more than twenty international competitions.
